We’re on the hunt for casual Lifeguards and Duty Supervisors to keep the vibes high, the water safe, and the summer running smoothly

Being a Lifeguard at URBNSURF isn’t your typical poolside gig: it’s a chance to work in a one-of-a-kind aquatic environment while being part of the fast-growing surf park scene. Safety is critical, and your number one responsibility is keeping our guests safe in and around the waves, while also making sure they have an awesome experience every time they visit. That means staying fully attentive and proactive at all times- spotting potential hazards, preventing accidents before they happen, and ensuring everyone enjoys their session. You’ll also work closely with the Surf Guides and Duty Supervisor teams.

The Duty Supervisor (DS) is responsible for the daily operations of URBNSURF Sydney. The DS is to ensure all park policies and procedures are conformed to, all health and safety requirements are met, and the appropriate service levels are given to all guests visiting URBNSURF Sydney.
