Aquatic Supervisor

  • Salary: $94,267 - $101,636 per annum
  • Plus up to 15% superannuation (conditions apply)
  • Full Time Permanent Position
  • 5 weeks annual leave

  • Based at Craigie Leisure Centre

Craigie Leisure Centre is looking for an experienced Aquatic Supervisor to lead and enhance the aquatic team.

The role will oversee the aquatic facility to ensure the day-to-day venue operations are safe and meet the high expectations of the community. The role will focus on developing and mentoring aquatic staff as well as working with our swim school, group fitness, facility bookings and customer service teams to deliver and program aquatic services.

The role will have flexibility for working across all operational hours and will have a variety of opportunities for office-based work as well as hands on pool deck responsibilities.

Your covering letter will need to address the following key criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience in supervising teams and developing training programs to upskill and grow staff.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a service environment dealing with customers, members and the general public.
  • Previous experience in a pool operations role, including a working knowledge of water chemical testing, plant management and maintenance.
