The Head Coach of the Northern Pride plays a pivotal role in leading the Club’s high-performance program, ensuring football excellence across all levels.

This position combines direct coaching responsibility for the Hostplus Cup (HPC) team with leadership of the Club’s football operations and pathways programs.

The role is central to delivering the Club’s vision, values, and strategic goals both on and off the field.
