The Coach Pathway Project Lead is responsible for the strategic design, delivery, and continuous evolution of a national coaching pathway and coach learning and development system for boccia. This role will lead the creation of an integrated coaching pathway that supports coaches at every stage of their development, from grassroots to high performance.
With a systems-thinking approach, the Lead will build and embed a sustainable national framework that aligns with long-term talent and workforce strategies. They will oversee the development of coach registration systems, education modules, and resource platforms while fostering a strong culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation within the coaching community.
This role serves as a key driver in professionalising the coaching workforce, ensuring national consistency, high-quality standards, and inclusive opportunities for ongoing coach learning and engagement.
