Boccia Australia is looking for an experienced skill acquisition and learning design practitioner with energy and enthusiasm to act as a trusted advisor to coaches, supporting individual coach development, reflective practice, and the translation of theory into high-quality daily practice.
As Programs Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of PVRSC. Lead our transition to a program-led model by designing and launching new leagues (basketball, futsal, netball). You’ll have the autonomy to scale community-driven programs, enhance the participant experience, and take true ownership of your department alongside a supportive leadership team.
