Essential Requirements

Applicants must hold the following (as relevant to the position):

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in your area of expertise
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
• First Aid and CPR certification
• NRL Coaching Accreditation (for coaching roles)
• Sports Trainer Accreditation (for trainer roles)
• Degree in Human Movement, Exercise/Sports Science, Coaching, Physiotherapy, or related field
• Relevant experience working in high-performance or youth development sporting environments

Desirable Criteria

• Physical Education or Teaching degree
• Experience working within rugby league or other high-performance team sports
• Additional relevant certifications or accreditations
