We are recruiting for the casual position of Duty Managers within our Melbourne sporting facilities. This role will be situated across both the Indoor Sports Centre and Sports Park Stadium at the La Trobe Bundoora Campus.
Successful applicants will have:
A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple demands within a busy environment.
A demonstrated knowledge and understanding of work practices, processes and procedures relevant to the role, particularly front of house and relevant POS knowledge.
Experience in providing leadership and direction to front line time staff and/or volunteers.
Experience working within a similar role within the Sport and Recreation industry is highly desired.
Pool plant operations experience is desired but not essential.
This role will be scheduled, as required, within a 7-day working schedule inclusive of evenings until 12.00am and weekends until 10pm.
