We're looking for a Match Day and Stadium Events Manager who is passionate about creating high-quality, fan-first experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll oversee the planning and execution of all NRL and NRLW Home Game Day operations, as well as key Member events.
You'll be responsible for the off-field fan experience, from activations, ingress and egress experiences, giveaways, and event logistics, ensuring a seamless and unforgettable experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
Game Day
- Ensure end-to-end event leadership, management and execution of the NRL and NRLW Game Day event Program
- Lead the strategic development, planning, management and execution of NRL and NRLW match day operations, ensuring game days are run effectively and smoothly
- Engagement in the development of strategic planning for the Game Day Program to drive engagement and growth
- Develop innovative solutions to enhance the Match Day customer experience
- Delivery of game day budget outcomes
- Leading cross-departmental planning, collaboration and review of match day concepts and activations
- Collaboration with the facilities team and internal stakeholders in the delivery of other events
Membership
- Work with Manager with the management and execution of all Member Events
- Assist managing regional and interstate member events and signing sessions
- Lead the strategic development, planning, management and execution of Membership events
- Other duties as required by the club.
A bit about you
- Demonstrated experience in a similar events or match day role
- Strong project and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Budget management experience
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings and outside of business hours to support events
- Proactive team player with a can-do attitude who thrives in a dynamic environment
