About the Role

The Membership Sales Assistant is responsible for the delivery of the Dragons Red V membership program with the aim of driving member growth and enhancing the member experience.

All Dragons are custodians of the Red V and while the the Red V is in our possession, it’s our responsibility to add to the story and hand down the history and legacy to the next generation of Players, employees, fans and community. About you

We are seeking an energetic and strong service driven communicator with experience in membership sales (preferably from the sports industry). You will:

• be experienced in using membership platforms
• have strong customer service skills (in person, phone and email)
• have excellent relationship building and influencing skills
• have the ability to work both autonomously and collectively with a diverse team to deliver agreed KPIs and targets
• be flexible and accommodating in a changing environment

Your key responsibilities

Sales and Promotions

• Actively pursue sales, renewals, and upgrade opportunities via outbound calls
• Process new memberships through the membership platform
• Answer inbound member queries efficiently and in a timely manner
• Achievement of key sales targets that monitor call volume and conversation
• Assist in building the prospect database
• Assist with account clean ups
• Bring a sales focus to each potential member interaction, including in-person at the Dragons Team Store in Kogarah

Customer Service and Fan Experience

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and fans
• Retain detailed and accurate notes of all customer interactions through the membership database
• Assist in the delivery of other areas of the Dragons membership and merchandise programs as required
