  • Direct national program delivery, including Women in Touch, All Abilities, Tiny Touch & more
  • Build a national capability framework for referees, coaches, and volunteers
  • Champion inclusion, sustainability, and evidence-based decision-making
  • Oversee high performance in proportion to the sport’s scale and resources
  • Collaborate with internal leaders, NRL, ASC, and other key stakeholders
  • Represent TFA in high-level strategic, industry and government forums

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years leading participation, pathways or innovation portfolios in sport or aligned sectors
  • 3-5 years in executive leadership or cross-functional national roles
  • Expertise in digital transformation, service design, and data-driven strategy
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across federated systems and external partners
  • Track record of successfully leading teams and innovation pipelines
  • Experience designing and reporting on participation frameworks aligned with funding bodies
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. sport management, innovation, design thinking)
  • A passion for community sport and participant-centred design

Why TFA?

  • Join a bold and innovative national sport on the rise
  • Drive real impact in participation, inclusion and future growth
  • Be part of a purpose-led leadership team with national reach
