At Norths Devils, we take immense pride in our work and the positive impact we create for our broader community, including players, supporters and junior affiliate players across Brisbane’s northside. To us, it's so much more than a game of footy. Since 1933, we've had the joy of welcoming some of the game's greatest players into our family. Our club is the reigning Hostplus Cup and NRL State Championship winners.

While knowledge of rugby league is a plus, it's not essential for this role. For the Devils, it's all about attitude, experience and a shared belief in our organisation's values: Care, Connection and Courage.

We're on the lookout for someone who shares our enthusiasm and passion for their work, just like we do for our footy! Ideally, this person should feel at home in a dynamic, fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

This full-time role will involve coordinating all aspects of football administration, including general office management, financial assistance, reporting, game-day logistics, events, merchandise sales, travel arrangements, compliance, accounts, systems and processes. You'll collaborate with a small team to manage the football administration for the whole department, and we're looking for someone with skills across all social media platforms.

So, what qualities are we hoping to find? You will:

  • Ideally have experience in a similar role, with significant exposure to administration and a genuine passion for people, processes and outstanding customer service.
  • Be excited about a role that comes with significant responsibility and ownership.
  • Bring a strong aptitude for processes, process improvement and excellent communication skills.
  • Be enthusiastic about completing tasks, showing a natural willingness to roll up your sleeves and support the team, especially on game days.
  • Be self-motivated, energetic, and have a keen eye for detail. You're highly organised, proactive and possess an unmatched work ethic that aligns with our passion for making a difference.
