• Hours: Rotating shifts between 6:30am - 10:30pm, including every second Saturday evening until 10pm

We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Assistant Operations Manager ready to hit the ground running and grow into our next Operations Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Operations Manager in daily operations and long-term planning
• Managing staff rosters and covering shifts when needed
• Training staff and implementing efficient, consistent processes
• Running and troubleshooting POS systems with bump screens and iPad networks
• Overseeing operations across our café, golf course, and driving range
• Handling everything from customer service to making coffee and taking out the bins - no task too small!
• Maintaining professional communication with staff, suppliers, and customers
• Understanding and contributing to profitability through cost control, efficiency, and service quality

What You’ll Bring

• Strong IT skills and confidence with digital systems
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A hands-on, can-do attitude and willingness to lead by example
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including every second Saturday evening
• Experience in hospitality, leisure, or similar environments (preferred)
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team
• A solid understanding of how profit is calculated and how operations impact the bottom line
