Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Operations, the Partnership and Hospitality Manager is responsible for managing commercial partnerships and the corporate hospitality program.
Key Accountabilities
Corporate Hospitality Administration
Relationship management of all current and new corporate hospitality clients
Managing all corporate hospitality ticket distribution and enquiries
Coordinating all hospitality catering requirements in the lead up to each game day
Point of contact for all incoming Game Day hospitality enquires
Point of contact for all catering requirements and stadium staff for any issues that arise in all hospitality spaces during game day
Be the Brumbies host in the Rugby Lounge on game day and be available to assist in other hospitality spaces where required
Partnership Management
Managing partnerships and renewals with a selection of Brumbies Sponsors ensuring all contract deliverables are executed in a timely manner and to the highest standard
Working with the Head of Commercial to develop and implement strategies on how to grow the commercial revenue within the Business
Driving innovative thinking around commercial product offerings, services, communications, and promotions for both the Brumbies and external stakeholders
Manage all signage assets with partners including artwork, approvals and production
Distribution of all sponsor match tickets according to partnership agreements
Distribution of game day parking passes to corporate sponsors
Management of Kore Software
Foundation & Donation Programs Management
Managing Foundation Partnership programs including Friends of the Brumbies Program ensuring all contract deliverables are executed in a timely manner and to the highest standard
Event Administration
Distribute all corporate event invitations to all relevant sponsors, corporate partners and VIPS
Monitor and record all event RSVPs to compile final event guest list
Additional Information
The Partnership and Hospitality Manager is required to work occasional weekends and/or nights, specifically (but not limited to) at each ACT Brumbies men’s, Super Rugby women’s home games and Corporate Events
The ACT Brumbies will play seven home games in 2025 (plus up to three finals matches)
The ACT Brumbies Super Rugby Women’s team will play up to 3 home games in 2025 (plus up to two finals matches)
The Partnership and Hospitality Manager may also need to work at other events including corporate events, trial matches, fan days and other Brumbies activations which may fall on weekends or nights
