The Program Manager - Outdoor Education is fundamental in the contribution between operational requirements and strategic planning, working in collaboration with the existing Baden Powell Team to deliver high-quality programming, customer engagement and training.

A pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimising the operations, growth, and commercial activities within multiple regions across NSW. This position ensures the continued growth and retention of local, regional, and state-wide membership, and supports volunteers to provide the highest standard of program delivery possible
