As the Learn to Swim you will have a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the Learn to Swim Coordinator, guide and mentor instructors, and help ensure every lesson delivers confidence, safety, and fun in the water. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people leadership, operational support, and quality service delivery.
As the Aquatic Programs Coordinator you will combine sales, community engagement and people leadership to grow participation and deliver high-quality aquatic experiences for our community. Reporting to the Area Manager Aquatics, you’ll be responsible for the success of a diverse range of aquatic programs and initiatives.
