McKinnon's Tennis & Squash is the venue manager at Gladstone Tennis & Squash, Central Queensland. The venue boasts 16 Tennis Courts, 5 Squash Courts, and 10 Pickleball Courts marked on 3 tennis courts. Offering coaching, social sessions and competitions across all sports.

The main role will be leading the Hotshots program including enquiries, planning, and delivery. In addition, the on court component will include delivering squads, private lessons, cardio tennis, and pickleball where required. The off court component will include enquiries, lesson planning, Pro Shop tasks and restringing.

The ideal applicant will have a passion for teaching while driving participation, retention, and providing students the best opportunity to progress through the pathway. The applicant must be professional, approachable and a contact for stakeholders at the venue. 

A level 1 coaching qualification is desirable but not essential. It would be expected for you to undertake further training to obtain higher levels of qualification.
