Are you passionate about Women’s Artistic Gymnastics and ready to take your coaching to the next level?

Y Geelong Gymnastics is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated WAG Competitive Gymnastics Coach to join our coaching team, working across our ALP, Development Squad and Recreational Gymnastics programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a coach who loves seeing athletes grow, wants to strengthen their technical coaching skills and is ready to keep developing their own career in competitive gymnastics.

You don't need to have reached the top of your coaching journey yet.

We are looking for someone with the passion, potential and commitment to keep learning.

What we're looking for

You'll be someone who:

• Holds an Intermediate WAG Coaching Accreditation or higher, or is working towards achieving this by the beginning of 2027.
• Has experience as an ALP competitive gymnast and/or coaching within a competitive gymnastics program.
• Is passionate about developing strong technical coaching skills and progressing within competitive gymnastics.
• Is motivated to work towards higher coaching accreditations and continued professional development.
• Is willing to work towards obtaining a gymnastics judging qualification.
• Can commit to coaching a minimum of three afternoons per week, plus Saturdays.
• Creates a positive, safe and athlete-focused environment where gymnasts can develop and thrive.
• Enjoys being part of a collaborative coaching team and is open to feedback, mentoring and learning.
