Be part of the action at Flemington this spring while helping families with seriously ill or injured children stay close to the care they need.

Ronald McDonald House Victoria & Tasmania is looking for volunteers to sell souvenir Melbourne Cup pins on selected race days, including the Melbourne Cup Carnival.

What you’ll do

• Work in a pair or small team at an allocated spot around Flemington Racecourse
• Chat with racegoers, sell pins and take payments
• Help raise funds to support families staying with us

What you’ll get

• A chance to be part of the Spring Racing Carnival atmosphere
• A briefing and support from a team leader throughout your shift
• A Pin & Win T-shirt, racecourse entry for your shift and food and drinks

Choose one shift or several across October and November. No fundraising experience is needed, but you must be 18 or older and be comfortable approaching and chatting with members of the public.

This is an unpaid volunteer role.
