About the role
Reporting to the Head of Consumer Operations, this role manages the operations and servicing elements of the Membership and Ticketing departments. This role oversees the end-to-end delivery of the Club's membership fulfillment, daily operational processes and ticketing programs, further ensuring smooth ticketing operations to a seamless fan experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage day-to-day membership operations, drive strategic initiatives and ensure the achievement of KPI targets.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of annual membership renewal campaigns, including database builds, segmentation and product setup within Archtics.
- Oversee membership fulfillment operations, ensuring timely delivery, service excellence, alongside budget compliance.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and stakeholders, overseeing data extraction, production schedules, proofing and delivery approvals.
- Manage the Club's ticketing program across AFL and AFLW fixtures, finals campaigns and match-day membership operations to ensure a seamless fan experience.
- Continuously improve operational workflows, CRM processes and database structures to drive efficiency and support targeted campaigns.

You will bring exceptional written and verbal communication skills, a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. As an inspiring manager, you will set clear expectations, drive team excellence and ensure precision across campaign delivery, ticketing, and database management.
You’ll Bring:
- At least 3 years in a similar operations role, preferably within elite sport environment, with demonstrated experience leading, managing and developing a high-performing team.
- Tertiary qualifications in Management, Business, Sports Management or a related discipline.
- Experience overseeing complex ticketing operations and stadium execution for large-scale sporting or entertainment events.
- Technical expertise working with the Archtics database system, alongside a strong background in CRM platforms.
- A background in customer service delivery, high-level computer literacy, and advanced proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
