We’re looking for experienced Senior Representative Basketball coaches to join Norths Basketball for the 2027 season, working across our Youth League and NBL1 programs.
We’re recruiting for both Head Coach and Assistant Coach roles, working within one of NSW’s leading basketball associations and alongside coaches, athletes and a high-performance team who are serious about getting better.
Norths has built real momentum across our senior representative program over the past few seasons. Our NBL1 teams have established themselves among the strongest in NBL1 East, with our Men winning the 2026 Championship and our Women completing a 20-0 regular season.
But winning is only part of the story. We’re building a basketball program that develops people, creates opportunities and gives athletes the environment they need to reach their potential. That means setting high standards, challenging each other, investing in development and creating teams that people are proud to be part of.

We’re looking for coaches who bring strong senior representative experience, but just as importantly, are curious, collaborative and prepared to challenge themselves as much as they challenge their players.
You’ll be someone who:
