Description

Marist College Ashgrove are looking for a new Head Coach to lead the 1st XI Football team in the 2027 AIC Football season. The 1st XI are the premier team within a thriving Football program with 40 teams and over 550 players representing the College in 2026. 

The coach we are looking for will: 

  • Be committed to creating a positive and high performance environment 
  • Maintain and grow a team first culture in line with Marist values 
  • Be a clear communicator  
  • Ideally hold a minimum B Diploma coaching certification
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all key stakeholders including the playing group, coaching team, families and broader Marist Football community

In addition to the 1st XI Head Coach role, a range of coaching opportunities are available across the Marist Football program.
