About FPA
Football Performance Academy (FPA) is a specialist physical performance coaching business dedicated to raising the standard of physical preparation for footballers across Australia.
Our mission is simple: to develop faster, stronger, fitter and more resilient players, so they can perform at their best and meet the physical, technical and tactical demands of the modern game.
As the training loads, speeds and intensity of football continue to rise, so too do injury rates and the demands placed on players. The game has evolved, and we believe physical preparation needs to evolve with it.
That's why we work with individual athletes, clubs and academies, delivering a modern, football-specific physical performance model designed to support players from youth through to senior levels. Our approach is underpinned by structured testing and screening, including mobility, movement competency, power and speed assessments, to guide individualised programming for every athlete.
With demand for our services continuing to grow, we're looking for an experienced and passionate Physical Performance Coach to join our team in Sydney.
