Briars Rugby Club is seeking an experienced coach to run our top squad program for season 2027 and beyond.
About the club
Briars Rugby is located in Concord, in the inner west of Sydney, established in 1918 and has experienced great success over our past 100 years. We compete in the NSW Subbies Rugby Union competition and we are on the lookout for a coach who can build a strong club mentality, build a young playing group through quality coaching and management.
About the role
The First Grade Coach is responsible for setting the coaching vision, overseeing technical development, and ensuring consistency within a rugby program across our top squad. This position plays a key role in establishing a cohesive rugby environment that focuses on development, clear processes, and effective communication.

We seek an experienced rugby leader with strong team building and communication skills, capable of fostering a transparent, accountable, and successful culture across our senior program.
