We are seeking an organised, proactive and relationship-focused professional to join our team as Co-curricular Coordinator - Senior School.
Working closely with, and under the direction of, the Head of Co-curricular, this role is responsible for coordinating and supporting a wide range of sporting co-curricular opportunities for students from Years 7 to 12.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate Senior School co-curricular programs, activities and events
- Manage communications with students, families, staff, coaches and external organisations
- Coordinate student nominations, team allocations and participation processes
- Support major College events including Athletics Day, Swimming Carnival and co-curricular assemblies
- Coordinate onboarding, compliance and records management for coaches, volunteers and contractors
- Maintain accurate student participation, attendance and program records
- Assist with scheduling facilities, resources and staffing requirements
- Help celebrate and promote student achievements across co-curricular programs from Years 7 to 12
- Utilise systems such as SEQTA, Consent2Go and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Support risk management, budgeting and operational planning activities
Before/After School & Weekend Duties
During sport seasons, this role will be required to coordinate trainings, games and matches before and after the school day, as well as on Saturdays, throughout school terms. Saturday venue coordination takes place for activities hosted by Rostrevor on approximately 27 weekends each school year. Renumeration for out-of-hours and Saturday work undertaken is honoured in alignment with the CESA Enterprise Agreement.

Essential Requirements
- Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in administration, program coordination, or school sport.
- Current Working With Children Check.
- Current Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect (RRHAN-EC) certification.
- First Aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain as directed by the College).
