Pymble Ladies’ College is a school of the Uniting Church in Australia for girls Kindergarten to Year 12 with boarding from Year 7. At Pymble, we foster a world-class educational environment with the importance of global citizenship and a worldwide perspective central to our strategic intent.

The role 

Reporting to the Head of Sport and in collaboration with the Director of Sport, PESP (Pymble Elite Sportswoman Program) Co-ordinator and Sport program coaches, the Sports Co-ordinator is responsible for facilitating safe, professional, and well organised sporting programs at the College. The Sports Co-ordinator program portfolio will be determined by the Sports Management team and reviewed annually.

You will demonstrate the following attributes and capabilities: 

  • Willingness to support and promote the ethos and values of the College

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sports co-ordination or management working in a school sporting environment

  • Excellent people and relationship management skills 

  • Strong administrative, leadership and organisational skills

  • Ability to co-ordinate a range of sports

  • Current car driver’s licence
