If you're passionate about community sport, enjoy building strong relationships and thrive in a varied administration role, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Reporting to the Community Cricket Manager, you will:

  • Support clubs through planning, development initiatives and regular engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with clubs, councils, volunteers, umpires and other cricket stakeholders.
  • Coordinate tribunal processes, disciplinary matters and association governance.
  • Deliver communications across the Association, including club updates, enquiries and website content.
  • Manage competition systems, e-scoring and registration processes while ensuring compliance with Child Safety Standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce the administrative burden on volunteers.
  • Provide high-quality administrative support across the Association as required.

About You

You'll be an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working with people and making things happen.

You'll also bring:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding stakeholder and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with clubs, volunteers and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach.
  • A willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends to support cricket operations.
  • Experience working in sport, competitions or community organisations (highly regarded).
  • Experience using competition management systems such as PlayHQ (highly regarded).
