A key coordination role responsible for the effective delivery of LCNA’s administrative operations. Working closely with the Executive Committee and clubs ensuring the association runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate administration & governance: Manage committee documentation, records, and communications.
Competition delivery: Set up and manage competitions in PlayHQ, monitor registrations, coordinate grading, and maintain competition records.
Manage events & carnivals: Coordinate planning, documentation, registrations, and stakeholders for LCNA events.
Support communication & digital channels: Maintain website updates and deliver social media content to keep stakeholders informed.
Handle general operations: Coordinate maintenance requests, track stock, and support community programs.

You are an organised, reliable and proactive administrator who can manage multiple priorities and work independently.
You will bring:
Experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations role
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communication skills and stakeholder engagement
Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to learn systems quickly (PlayHQ experience highly regarded)
