Description

A key coordination role responsible for the effective delivery of LCNA’s administrative operations. Working closely with the Executive Committee and clubs ensuring the association runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administration & governance: Manage committee documentation, records, and communications. 
  • Competition delivery: Set up and manage competitions in PlayHQ, monitor registrations, coordinate grading, and maintain competition records.
  • Manage events & carnivals: Coordinate planning, documentation, registrations, and stakeholders for LCNA events. 
  • Support communication & digital channels: Maintain website updates and deliver social media content to keep stakeholders informed. 
  • Handle general operations: Coordinate maintenance requests, track stock, and support community programs.

About You

You are an organised, reliable and proactive administrator who can manage multiple priorities and work independently.

You will bring:

  • Experience in an administrative, coordination, or operations role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communication skills and stakeholder engagement
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn systems quickly (PlayHQ experience highly regarded)
