St Aidan’s Anglican Girls’ School is seeking enthusiastic casual Rowing coaches to join our coaching team. These roles help create positive, engaging sporting experiences for students while encouraging skill development, confidence and a lifelong enjoyment of sport.
About St Aidan's
Located in the heart of Corinda, St Aidan's is a close-knit community with just over 1,000 students from Prep to Year 12, including a co-educational Kindergarten. Our smaller school environment ensures that each student receives personalised attention and thrives in a supportive atmosphere.

The Role
Working with students across a range of year levels and abilities, you will help foster skill development, teamwork and a lifelong enjoyment of sport. Coaches that have experience overseeing other coaches are also encouraged to apply.
Training sessions are held before school, with Saturday regattas during the season.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coaching and developing rowing skills in line with program goals
- Supporting student wellbeing, participation and team culture
- Assisting with preparation for training sessions and regattas
- Promoting a safe and positive training environment
About you:
- Experience in rowing (coaching or competitive participation)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for working with young people
- Availability for early mornings, afternoons, and weekend regattas
- Holding a current boat licence would be advantageous
Requirements
- Current Paid Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or eligibility to obtain
- Relevant coaching qualifications (desirable)
- Availability for scheduled training sessions and weekend regattas during the season
Blue Card Requirement
Please note, the successful candidate will require a valid blue card prior to commencing employment at St Aidan’s Anglican Girls School.
