Description

Flag football in Australia is entering a period of rapid growth, with strong participation already established at the school level and increasing national momentum. The opportunity now is to convert that participation into a structured, scalable community league network.

Sports Collectiv has developed the strategy, platform, and rollout model to deliver this. The purpose of this role is to execute and scale that model, ensuring leagues are launched effectively, participation grows, and delivery is consistent across markets.

This is a hands-on execution role with real impact, focused on building a sustainable national footprint and shaping how the sport is delivered at community level across Australia.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Sports Collectiv is seeking a League Rollout Manager to lead the delivery of its Flag Football rollout across Australia.

This role is responsible for executing the rollout of leagues across priority markets, including validating locations, onboarding and managing licensed operators, and ensuring each league launches successfully with strong participation and operational standards.

You will oversee the end-to-end rollout process, from market activation and operator onboarding, through to league delivery and ongoing performance management, while working closely with internal teams across marketing, technology, and group operations.

A core part of the role is to monitor performance, refine the rollout model, and improve conversion and participation outcomes. This includes ensuring alignment between partner expectations, forecasts, and actual delivery, while supporting controlled and scalable expansion.

This is a hands-on execution role focused on delivering measurable outcomes, rather than developing strategy from first principles.

  • Execute the rollout of leagues across identified priority markets
  • Validate and confirm launch locations and readiness
  • Recruit, vet, and manage licensed operators
  • Execute licence agreements and onboarding processes

  • Collaborate with Sports Collective group companies and the marketing team to drive promotion and activation
  • Work closely with the Let’s Play technology team to ensure smooth onboarding, platform adoption, and operational delivery
  • Monitor KPIs and operator performance
  • Drive controlled geographic expansion

ROLLOUT OPTIMISATION

  • Critically review and refine the rollout model with stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment between partner expectations, forecasts, and delivery
  • Identify and implement improvements to increase participation and conversion

ABOUT YOU

You bring a commercial mindset, with an appreciation that sustainable leagues require both strong participation and disciplined delivery. You are comfortable being accountable for outcomes, including growth, performance, and operational standards.
