Join one of Australia’s leading school-based aquatic programs and help shape the next generation of confident swimmers. At Pymble Ladies' College, our Learn to Swim program is more than lessons in the water — it is about building skills for life, creating positive experiences for families and developing pathways for swimmers to thrive.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Learn to Swim Co-ordinator to play a pivotal role in the leadership, delivery and continued growth of our dynamic program. Working closely with the Learn to Swim Operations Manager, you will drive teaching excellence, support swimmer progression and help strengthen the pathway from Learn to Swim through to Stroke Development and our broader Pymble Swimming squad programs.
Working Tuesday – Saturday (shorter shifts on Saturdays), this is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on aquatic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, performance and program quality. From mentoring and developing teachers, to overseeing swimmer assessments, customer experience and daily operations, you will help create a safe, engaging and professional environment where swimmers, families and staff feel supported to succeed.

- Strong leadership, organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage operational priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, support and develop teaching staff to maintain high standards of teaching quality and professionalism.
- Current AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification, or equivalent.
- Minimum three years’ experience as a swimming teacher.
- Previous experience in a Deck Supervisor, leadership or co-ordinator role within a Learn to Swim environment.
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
Desirable
- Current AUSTSWIM Teacher of Towards Competitive Strokes qualification, or equivalent, or willingness to obtain.
- Current AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics qualification, or equivalent, or willingness to obtain.
