This is a unique, hands-on role sitting across both our Commercial and Consumer teams. It’s a great opportunity for someone who loves being organised, enjoys variety, and is genuinely motivated by building strong relationships.
You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, while also being front-facing with our corporate clients and members. No two days will look the same.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting both Commercial and Membership teams with day-to-day operations
- Onboarding and ongoing servicing of corporate clients, with a focus on strong service and long-term relationships
- Assisting with sales activity, renewals and client enquiries
- Coordinating hospitality and match day delivery, including servicing our corporate guests
- Working across internal teams to keep projects and campaigns on track
- Leading and improving key processes, including CRM and reporting
- Supporting membership fulfilment, communications and renewal activity
What we’re looking for
- Highly organised and able to keep multiple priorities moving at once
- Strong relationship builder who enjoys working with a wide range of people
- Confident communicator with a genuine customer-first mindset
- Experience supporting sales, operations or account management
- Comfortable working with systems and data, with strong attention to detail
- Someone who takes initiative and looks for ways to make things better
Experience in sport, events, membership or a commercial environment will help, but just as important is your approach, attitude and ability to connect with people.
