ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Commercial Sales Executive to elevate Richmond’s corporate hospitality and engagement programs. This is a high-impact role where you’ll design and deliver premium match-day and non-match-day experiences, build a thriving network of corporate partners, and play a key role in driving commercial revenue for the Club.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to bring our Strong & Bold Hospitality program to life, while strengthening relationships across our corporate, coterie and business-to-business communities. You’ll also contribute to the delivery of our Richmond Executive and Legends Club coterie programs and support match-day and event operations throughout the season.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver Richmond’s corporate hospitality program across match day, official functions, corporate suites and Finals events.
- Drive revenue generation and manage forecasting for all corporate customer activities.
- Build, nurture and grow a strong corporate network that converts into commercial outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to grow, cross-sell and upsell corporate and coterie customers.
- Support the development of new commercial products, services and business-to-business initiatives.
- Use Salesforce and Archtics CRM systems to manage bookings, maintain data accuracy and uphold privacy standards.
- Support the growth and integrity of the Club’s corporate and commercial database.
- Contribute to the delivery of Richmond Executive and Legends Club coterie programs.
- Support match-day and event delivery across the AFL season.
What we are looking for:
You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and loves turning connections into commercial outcomes. You bring:
- Experience in account management, service delivery and/or sales
- Strong commercial acumen and a passion for hitting targets
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the AFL industry or with Salesforce/Archtics (highly regarded)
- A proactive, energetic approach and willingness to work varied hours, including weekends during the season
