The Duty Manager (DM) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Centre during their shift, ensuring all activities run smoothly, safely, and on schedule. This includes supervising operations across Inflatable World, the café, and sports facilities, while coordinating staff and resources to meet operational needs. 

The DM deploys staff effectively, oversees the performance of supervisors and floor staff, and provides support where required, including assisting the café during busy periods. They monitor party timelines, address operational issues as they arise, and ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained across all areas. The Duty Manager is ultimately responsible for maintaining a safe, organised, and positive environment for guests and staff, ensuring visitors have a memorable experience at The Centre. 

This role is a weekend-only either Saturday or Sunday.
