About the role:

As a lifeguard at State Sports centres, you will be at the front line of our Aquatic facilities.  Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for all facility users through pool supervision, rule enforcement, providing First Aid and educating aquatic users.  

We currently have multiple Permanent, Part-Time Lifeguard positions available.

What You’ll Bring 

• Strong observation and communication skills
• Committed to high-quality customer service
• Experience in a service role
• Ability to work in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills, including resolving minor issues with patrons or staff. 

Required skills and Qualifications:

• SISSS00133 Pool Lifeguard
• HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
• Current Working with Children’s Check (Employee)
• Ability to perform a Deep-Water depth test to 5m
• Current CPR
• Australian working rights.
