PhysiPro Athletic is seeking an energetic, professional and growth-focused Swim School Coordinator to lead the next stage of development within our expanding swim school operation.
This is a newly created part-time role, commencing at approximately 20–25 hours per week, with flexibility to grow into greater hours or a full-time position for the right candidate, based on demonstrated performance and continued business growth.
Located within the Healthy Futures Hub in Seaford, PhysiPro Swim School has now been operating successfully for 2.5 years and is enjoying a sustained period of consistent growth. We are now seeking consolidated leadership to elevate operations, team development, enrolment growth and customer experience to the next level.
Unlike many new swim school opportunities, this role is built upon an already established operational foundation. The successful candidate will be supported by:

Position Details
- Part-time role (20–25 hours per week initially)
- $35–$40 per hour (dependent on experience)
- Flexible commencement date, preferably by June 30, 2026
- Based in Seaford, Victoria
- Weekend availability and flexibility required
Key Responsibilities
- Business development and community engagement
- Marketing and enrolment of new swimmers
- Customer service and family relationship management
- Staff rostering and workforce coordination
- Recruitment, onboarding and training of swim instructors
- Curriculum development and continuous improvement
- Operational systems and process management
- Contributing positively to team culture and leadership standards
