The Girls Director of Coaching is primarily responsible for leading, developing, and overseeing the Sabres junior girls program. The role encompasses work across the Sabres junior representative program, SBA domestic work and SBA community work.
Working closely with the SBA Head of Program Director of Coaching, the successful candidate will focus on high-quality coaching standards, female player development pathways, female coach education and program alignment with the SBA’s vision and values.
The Girls Director of Coaching will work closely with athletes, coaches, parents, and administrators to build a strong, competitive, and positive basketball environment for female athletes across all age groups.
