One role. Every format. Endless growth.
This isn’t your standard Exercise Physiology role.
At Arena Health & Performance, we’ve built a coaching environment where you’re not confined to one lane. This is a hybrid role designed for practitioners who want to grow a strong EP caseload while continuing to coach across multiple formats.
If you love what you do, but don’t want to become stagnant - this is for you.
The Role
You’ll begin building your Exercise Physiology caseload while working across:
- Semi-Private Training (4:1) – individualised programming in a small group setting
- Group Training – high-energy sessions that engage and motivate
- 1:1 Coaching – tailored sessions delivered with care and precision
This structure allows you to develop as a complete coach - not just an EP, but someone who can adapt, connect, and deliver in any environment.
No two days look the same.
You might go from:
- Rehabilitating an athlete back to performance
- Supporting a client post-surgery (e.g. knee replacements)
- Coaching a fast-paced group exercise session
- Delivering detailed 1:1 work
The Environment
You won’t be doing this alone.
You’ll work within a team of:
- Exercise Physiologists
- Physiotherapists
- Exercise Scientists
We prioritise development - not occasionally, but every single week.
- Weekly professional development
- Ongoing mentorship
- A collaborative coaching environment
At Arena, the standard is high.
The expectation is that you grow into the best coach you can be - and we invest heavily to make that happen.
Who This Is For
This role is ideal for:
- A new graduate Exercise Physiologist with experience in PT or group training, ready to build a caseload
or - An EP who enjoys variety and wants to work across multiple coaching formats
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Take pride in how you show up as a coach
- Are confident across group, semi-private, and 1:1 settings
- Value both general population health and athletic performance
- Are hungry to learn and open to feedback
- Want to be part of a team that holds a high standard
At Arena, we believe better people make better coaches.
Your attitude, professionalism, and willingness to grow matter just as much as your qualifications.
