What You’ll Do

You’ll be right in the action, working alongside experienced event professionals to deliver a high-quality competition environment:

Venue & Match Day Setup

• Prepare fields, player areas, and activation zones
• Help create a professional, safe, and welcoming environment

Event Operations

• Support the coordination of teams, officials, and suppliers
• Assist with match day logistics and crowd flow

Safety & Experience

• Help maintain a safe environment for players and spectators
• Be a friendly, visible presence on game day

Stakeholder Support

• Work closely with referees, teams, and staff
• Solve problems on the go and keep things running smoothly

Pack Down & Wrap Up

• Assist with equipment and venue reset
• Share feedback to help improve future events

Eligibility & Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be based in the Brisbane metro area (this is an on-site role, not remote)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Availability across event days (including weekends)
• Ability to be active and hands-on throughout the day

Essential (or willingness to obtain):

• Working with Children Check
• Police Check

Bonus (not required):

• Studying or experience in Sport, Events, or Business
• Sports Trainer accreditation
