What You’ll Do
You’ll be right in the action, working alongside experienced event professionals to deliver a high-quality competition environment:
Venue & Match Day Setup
- Prepare fields, player areas, and activation zones
- Help create a professional, safe, and welcoming environment
Event Operations
- Support the coordination of teams, officials, and suppliers
- Assist with match day logistics and crowd flow
Safety & Experience
- Help maintain a safe environment for players and spectators
- Be a friendly, visible presence on game day
Stakeholder Support
- Work closely with referees, teams, and staff
- Solve problems on the go and keep things running smoothly
Pack Down & Wrap Up
- Assist with equipment and venue reset
- Share feedback to help improve future events

Eligibility & Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be based in the Brisbane metro area (this is an on-site role, not remote)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability across event days (including weekends)
- Ability to be active and hands-on throughout the day
Essential (or willingness to obtain):
- Working with Children Check
- Police Check
Bonus (not required):
- Studying or experience in Sport, Events, or Business
- Sports Trainer accreditation
