SEM Magic is now inviting applications from both returning and new volunteer coaches for the Winter 2026 season.
We are seeking committed, team-oriented coaches who are aligned with our club philosophy and passionate about developing junior players within a structured, whole-club system.
COACHING OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE
Winter 2026 coaching roles include:
- Squad Coordinators
- Team Coaches
- Assistant Coaches (AC)
- Development Coaches
Assistant Coaches (AC)
AC roles are ideal for parents who simply wish to help out and support a team environment. No prior coaching experience is required.
All Other Coaching Roles
Squad Coordinator, Team Coach and Development Coach positions require sufficient playing and/or coaching experience. These roles are paid on an honorarium basis, recognising the time, commitment and service provided to the club. For the right parents, this is a meaningful way to give back to the SEM Magic community while helping offset the cost of their child’s participation.
