The Role
This is a commercially important role within our Growth team.
You will spend much of your time identifying, pursuing and converting new business opportunities, while also nurturing and expanding key partner relationships.
- Identify and convert new corporate partnership opportunities
- Build relationships with C suite executives and senior decision makers
- Develop tailored proposals that deliver genuine value for money outcomes
- Lead presentations, negotiations and deal structuring
- Proactively generate leads through outreach, LinkedIn and industry events
- Manage and grow existing accounts to maximise retention and expansion
- Measure sales effectiveness and refine strategy based on results
- Collaborate across teams to deliver commercially strong and aligned partnerships
Who We Are Looking For
You are relationship driven and commercially sharp.
- Have 5 or more years' experience in commercial management within a major sporting organisation
- Bring a strong personal network of corporate decision makers
- Can clearly articulate commercial value, not just assets
- Feel confident engaging senior stakeholders
- Think in terms of revenue, margin and sustainable growth
- Balance new business drive with thoughtful account management
- Are organised, proactive and attentive to detail
- Contribute positively to the team around you
