The NSWRU Integrity Manager is responsible for embedding a best practice integrity framework across New South Wales Rugby Union to ensure all participants experience a safe, clean, inclusive, and fair game environment. This role supports the management of integrity-related matters, including complaints, investigations, and disputes, in alignment with Rugby Australia’s Integrity and Legal frameworks.
The Integrity Manager will develop, implement, and monitor regulatory processes and compliance with legislation such as Working with Children and Child Safeguarding requirements. They will oversee judicial, disciplinary, and grievance processes, ensuring adherence to national policies and guidelines. Additionally, the role involves delivering education initiatives, maintaining reporting and administration standards, and collaborating closely with stakeholders across NSWRU, affiliates, and Rugby Australia to promote integrity and uphold the values of the game at every level.
