We are seeking an experienced, reliable and highly organised professional to manage the daily operations and classes at our busy swim school - THSC.

Located in Chelsea Heights, the successful person will be responsible for the daily and general management of the swim school and internal and external school programs.

Applicants must demonstrate quality leadership skills to oversee our team of 30 staff in delivering the highest quality swimming and water safety programs, in a safe, healthy and positive learning environment. 

Areas of Management include:

1. Child Safety 
2. Staffing - Recruitment & training
3. Outstanding Customer Service
4. Swimming Program operations
5. Pool and Facility care
6. Human Resources - Rostering & Managing about 50 Casual Staff

All applicants must have had some experience in facility management (not necessarily swimming) and managed a team of people.

Preference for those with teaching and or coaching experience with a passion for aquatics.

All training and qual's will be provided.
