Byron Bay Nippers are rebuilding the Surf Sports competition team. We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Surf Sports Coach who can assist our Head Coach of Nippers in delivering a training program that will assist the Nippers achieve success on their water events. You may be coaching a range of age groups between 9 years old to 15 years old.

The Hours are between 4 - 7/8hrs per week. Usually Mornings before school hours, afternoons after schools hours and possibly some weekend mornings.

We are looking for someone who can plan and implement effective training sessions, someone who is experienced in small clubs and can work efficiently providing great outcomes. You will definitely need to be up for a challenge, be an excellent and clear communicator and be reliable for the group.

Surf Life Saving has a Coaching qualification framework and you must be at least Development Coach qualfied prior to beginning the role.
