High Performance Pathways supports the identification, development and progression of future international medallists and we are looking for an Operations Lead who is responsible for operational delivery of Swimming Australia’s High Performance Pathway programs. To be considered, you will have demonstrated experience in the planning and execution of logistics for national camps, competitions, Benchmark Event Meets and international tours, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality athlete and coach experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of administration and logistics for all HP Pathway activities, including domestics and international camps, competitions,  workshops and special projects.
• Manage pool and venue bookings including lane space, gym access and other setup requirements for all HP Pathway activities.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for athletes, parents, coaches and support staff leading into and following all HP Pathway activities.
• Manage athlete, coach, and team member eligibility and compliance about all aspects of being a traveling member of an Australian swim team.
• Attend and fulfill team management duties and national events related to HP Pathway activities as required.

What You'll Bring

• A minimum of 2 years experience working with Olympic and/or international teams or equivalent.
• Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience in  sports administration, event management or equivalent.
• Experience managing complex programs, events and logistics that involve both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience and skilled in developing strong relationships; influencing and motivating staff and key stakeholders.
• A growth mindset, always looking for better ways to deliver impact.
