About the Role
We are now looking for a bold, strategic and people-oriented People and Culture Manager to help shape the team behind everything we do.
This is not your traditional HR role, this is your chance to build a high-performing, values-driven workforce in a dynamic, high-energy industry where no two days look the same.
You’ll be the organisation’s first dedicated P&C leader, partnering with the Executive Team to:
- Design and deliver a contemporary People & Culture function
- Build capability across a passionate, purpose-driven team
- Lead culture, engagement and workforce projects that actually matter
- Influence strategy at a pivotal moment in Tasmania’s sporting evolution
- Shape how our people experience work - from recruitment to performance to growth

You know people, you understand culture, and you can flex between hands-on delivery and big-picture thinking with ease. You bring strong IR/ER experience, great judgement, and a mindset focused on outcomes, building relationships and generating momentum.
