About the role
As a member of the Leadership Team, the Aquatic Programs Coordinator leads and grows swim lesson programs across Dandenong Oasis and Noble Park Aquatic Centre. The role oversees programming, school bookings and the development of the team, ensuring alignment with the Swim and Survive framework.
As South East Leisure’s key industry representative, the position builds strong partnerships with Life Saving Victoria, industry bodies and the local community to deliver high-quality aquatic programs.
