Why coach at MUSC?

We are an inclusive club that values community, player development and performance.

Our coaches are well supported by a proactive committee and a team of engaged volunteers who take on a lot of the team admin, allowing our coaches to focus on coaching. Our coaches are also encouraged to connect and learn from each other - recognising the wealth of football knowledge among the team and helping coaches of all levels develop.

Based in Princes Park, Carlton North, our central location and connection with the University of Melbourne make us an attractive destination for a large number of talented players from overseas, interstate, regional Victoria and Melbourne.

We are committed to supporting women to take on coaching positions. If you identify as a woman (cis/trans), nonbinary or gender diverse coach, or aspiring coach, please do not hesitate to express your interest.
