Highlights of this role include:
You are the driver of the customer care bus. You are managing a group of Team Leaders that’s sole purpose is making sure that the kids and their parents are happy.
Twisters is a progressive business that is always looking for ways to be the best. You will be leading, managing and keeping your team accountable for the highest quality customer care.
You will head up the training of your team and update our Playbook resources to spread the knowledge. If you love processes then you will take to this role like a duck to water!
We run on EOS (if you don’t know what this is, Google or Chat GPT it).
You will have a leadership team seat on the accountability chart and attend our quarterly planning days, along with weekly Level 10 meetings.
This is not a 9-5 job, the facilities are open 8 – 8pm weekdays and 8-5pm on weekends. Sometimes problems happen that need a solve right then and there, you care so deeply that you respond if needed.
