The Brisbane Bullets are a professional basketball club competing in the National Basketball League (NBL). Based in the heart of Brisbane, the Bullets are Brisbane’s oldest professional sporting Club’s with a rich history of success - dating back to 1979.

The Role
We're looking for a Corporate Hospitality Manager who thrives on creating unforgettable gameday experiences whilst driving commercial success. This is a hands-on role where you'll own the hospitality portfolio from start to finish - building meaningful partnerships, driving sales, and ensuring every corporate guest leaves wanting more.
What You'll Do
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive corporate hospitality sales across gameday and membership products
- Build and nurture your sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking
- Partner with Ticketing and Marketing teams on pricing strategies and compelling sales collateral
- Keep us competitive by benchmarking against other leading clubs
Gameday & Event Delivery
- Be the go-to person for corporate guests, delivering premium experiences they'll remember
- Orchestrate seamless gameday execution across venue and internal teams
- Manage all the details—catering, staging, staffing, run sheets—so everything runs like clockwork
- Bring special tours and events to life from initial concept through to delivery
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with corporate partners, sponsors, and key stakeholders
- Stay responsive to feedback and continuously elevate the experience
- Manage the hospitality budget and provide clear reporting to senior management
About You
- 2+ years' experience in corporate hospitality with a track record of driving sales growth
- Strong commercial acumen paired with genuine customer service instincts
- Highly organised with solid project management skills
- Experience managing budgets and forecasting sales
- Excellent at building relationships and solving problems on the fly
- Able to work at pace whilst juggling competing priorities
