Champion Data has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated Competitions Operations Coordinator to join our team!

The Competitions Operations Coordinator will support Competitions and company-wide operations by providing administrative, training, data capture, recruitment and client services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in provision of service - managing, packaging and distributing of AFL and Tier 2 vision
• Assist as point of contact for AFL and State League (Tier 2) clubs using vision
• Assistance with rostering and coordinating Tier 2 enhancing data collection
• Assistance with the loading and maintenance if Tier 2 player databases
• Checking and updating of applicable Tier 2 fixtures where required
• Quality control of Tier 2 statistics weekly through match review of vision and collated statistics
• Match day readiness (Loading teams in capture, collating teamsheets etc)
• Post round tasks (match reports, audio)
• Vision collection / saving
• Hudl / Sportscode packaging
• Season readiness
• Software testing
• Weekend roster support (as required)
• Rostered work (as required)
• Capture staff recruitment (as required)
• Capture staff training and content (as required)
• Capture staff QA / feedback (as required)

About You

• Competent in the use of industry tools such as Hudl/Sportscode, Champion Data software and roles, Microsoft Office, Slack, PlayHQ (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good organisational skills
• Flexible and open to change, with a focus on ongoing improvement
• A strong interest and/or experience in AFL
